Smart Metering
Based on international and industry standard and R&D capabilities, XJ smart metering has formed a full-chain product system which includes measurement, acquisition, communication, and AMI System, building an edge computing processing platform with smart terminals as the center, applied in the overall solution of intelligent measurement in typical scenarios such as high-quality station area, station area anti-stealing, orderly electricity, and shared electricity.

The concept of "standardized design, factory prefabricated, integrated construction” has realized the transformation of substations from “construction” to “procurement” The construction period of substations can be shorten by 50% and occupied land can be reduced by 30%, and the overall investment cost is reduced by about 5%, which can be applied widely in power grid substation, new energy power generation booster station, rail transit traction substations and substations in the industrial and mining fields.

The first set application of the 27.5kV intelligent mobile high-voltage chamber developed by XJ Electric has been realized
On August 4th, the first domestically-developed 27.5kV intelligent mobile high-voltage chamber, independently researched and manufactured by XJ Electric Corporation, has been officially put into operation at Yan'an Substation of Xi'an Railway Bureau. This intelligent mobile high-voltage chamber was developed in response to practical needs such as the renovation of existing substations and equipment emergency scenarios. It is fully compliant with all standards governing railway power protection systems, while incorporating advanced intelligent functionalities including remote control and auxiliary monitoring. The chamber boasts distinct features such as high integration, safety and reliability, as well as flexible deployment. Rapid Emergency Response It can replace the high-voltage chamber in existing traction substations and realize "non-stop power renovation" during equipment overhauls, thus effectively ensuring the continuity of 27.5kV traction power supply for high-speed railways. Building Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System Integrated with a comprehensive automation system, it enables remote monitoring and "unattended operation". The annual maintenance cost can be reduced by 40%, and the staffing for on-duty personnel at a single site can be cut by 3-5 people. Adapt to Complex Scenarios The integrated design is particularly suitable for environments such as mountain railways. Compared with the 6-to-12-month construction cycle of traditional substations, its construction period is significantly shortened, saving approximately 60% of civil engineering costs. Moreover, it can be reused in different renovation projects, thereby markedly optimizing the whole-life cycle costs. A Substantial Improvement in Construction Efficiency With the advantages of simple primary and secondary wiring and easy operation and maintenance, the prefabricated cabin design reduces on-site workload, achieving cost reductions in construction, equipment and labor.

55°C Desert Challenge Met: The Vehicle-mounted Mobile Substation of XJ Electric Enables Reliable Power in Saudi Arabia's Desert
Recently, all five stations of HV Mobile Substation Project supplied by XJ Electric Corporation (abbreviated to XJEC) to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) have been successfully put into operation and connected to the grid. The integrated automation system supplied by XJEC can be called the “smart brain” that controls the entire mobile substation. The monitoring system can respond to changes in the operating status of the power system in real time and the protection, measurement and control device can flexibly edit the protection logic and functional configuration as needed. The AC and DC power supply system supplied by XJEC can transmit stable electricity to every electrical equipment like a “heart and energy warehouse”. The MV and secondary vehicle integration of 132kV vehicle-mounted mobile substation completed by XJEC achieves qualitative transformation from fragmented devices to an integrated system organism through precision coupling of core components. MV switchgear operates with surgical precision like “steady hands”, empowering this “steel giant” to deliver full-capacity operation in 55℃ scorching desert heat. 33kV + 13.8kV “Dual Voltage” In response to the actual needs of SEC, the gas-insulated switchgear and station transformer upgraded by XJEC innovatively realize “two voltages for one set of equipment”, which can meet the operation requirements of 33 kV and 13.8 kV at the same time, effectively reducing the equipment retrofit cost for customers while achieving more flexible power grid operation and more convenient operation and maintenance. 3D-optimized Layout Slims down the Entire Vehicle by 30% The 3D vehicle-mounted structure maximizes vertical space utilization,integrating core units such as switchgears, control and protection equipment, and AC and DC power supply equipment. As a result, the overall length of the vehicle is shortened, the center of gravity is lowered, and the transport maneuverability is significantly improved. Moreover, modular interfaces enable plug-and-play on site, reducing the installation and commissioning time by over 40%.

XJ Electric Corporation Equips Argentina's Salt Lake Lithium Extraction with "Intelligent Regulators"
Recently, three sets of SVG (STATCOM) customized by XJ Electric Corporation (hereinafter referred to as XJ Electric) for the 3Q Lithium Salt Lake Project in Catamarca Province, Argentina, have been successfully connected to the grid and put into operation, which is another successful overseas operation of XJ Electric’s SVG. Injecting a " Power Cardiac Stimulant " into Lithium Extraction from Salt Lakes The 3Q Lithium Salt Lake Project is an important project for new energy development in South America. As the scale of lithium mining expands, a stable and reliable power supply has become the key to advancing the project. Functioning as “Intelligent Regulators” for the grid, the three sets of 13.2kV direct-hanging water-cooled container-type SVG specially configured by XJ Electric can accurately improve the power factor and stabilize the voltage, greatly enhancing the reliability of the power grid and providing strong support for the power supply quality of the salt lake lithium extraction production line. Sustainable Energy Management International Joint Innovation Center was inaugurated and established
On June 13, Sustainable Energy Management International Joint Innovation Center of XJ Electric Corporation and Tongji University (abbreviated as SEM-IJIC) was inaugurated and established at “Tongji Day and Tongji-German Symposium 2025” held in Berlin, Germany.
