XJ Makes Its First Appearance at FIEE
From 9th to 12th September 2025, FIEE 2025, the biggest and most complete power electronics industry exhibition in South America, was grandly held at the São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in Brazil. Focusing on the entire electricity-related industrial chain, the event attracts more than 400 enterprises worldwide and over 50,000 professional visitors to exchange views on global cooperation in digital energy sector, outlining a new landscape for energy and power transition in South America and even across the globe. As a leading electrical equipment manufacturer in China, XJ made a brilliant appearance with its advanced products and solutions in power distribution and utilization, including recloser, electricity meters, AMI solution and EV chargers, aiming to provide “XJ Solutions” for South American countries to build a more reliable, stable and intelligent power grid. At this exhibition, with the theme of Empowering Smart Electricity and Creating Green Energy, XJ stand adopts a combination of physical exhibits, videos and exhibition walls to comprehensively showcase the company's cutting-edge power distribution and utilization products which attracted local partners from Brazil and attendees from various countries such as Chile, Peru and Bolivia, and were highly praised, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. In power distribution sector, XJ unveiled the pole-mounted recloser tailored to meet the needs of the South American market, which has been supplied to Chile and Guyana. The product is designed according to IEC62271-111 and boasts advantages such as high-precision sensing, ultra-fast phase splitting, environmental friendliness and 15 years maintenance-free operation. In smart metering sector, all nine electricity meters unveiled by XJ have obtained the mandatory certification from Brazil's INMETRO. Basic meters adopt a high-standard moisture-proof and dust-proof design which ensures accurate and reliable metering in in Brazil's sultry and humid climate and complex power grid environment. Smart meters are equipped with an added real-time load monitoring and early warning function, which can automatically identify overload risks and cut off the circuit, effectively addressing the electricity demand pressure in the load centers of southeastern Brazil. In EV charging sector, XJ exhibited EU-standard group management DC charger and EU-standard AC chargers , which have obtained the CE, CB, UKCA, and TR25 certifications issued by TUV and have been applied in countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Brazil. The group management DC charger adopts the design of high-power density modules, temperature-controlled intelligent heat dissipation and an IP55 high protection grade. With years of deep engagement in the South American Market, XJ has participated in the construction of key projects such as the Third±800kV UHVDC Transmission Project in Brazil, Kimal-Lo Aguirre HVDC Transmission Project, and AMI and Smart Meter Project (Phase I and Phase II) in Chile, creating over 200 local jobs. XJ’s products such as converter valves, DC measuring devices, prefabricated cabins, compacted substations, relay protection devices, reclosers, meters and BESS have been exported to countries such as Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Guyana. Additionally, XJ has collaborated with local partners in Brazil to build electricity meter production lines, playing a positive role in the upgrading of energy and power infrastructure in South America. Focus on Energy Transition: XJ Electric Makes Its Appearance at Enlit Asia 2025
On 9th September 2025, Enlit Asia 2025 opened at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Thailand. XJ Electric Corporation (hereinafter referred to as XJ Electric) made its appearance at the exhibition with the models of energy storage integrated machine, prefabricated substation, EV chargers, AMI system solution, and quick-action recloser, fully demonstrating the technological strength and sense of responsibility of Chinese enterprises in the process of advancing the global energy transition. On 9th September, Mr. Wirabhan Vilaiwan, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Thailand's Ministry of Energy, led a delegation to visit the stand of XJ Electric for an exclusive tour and exchange. He emphasized that Thailand is actively promoting regional collaboration to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable and resilient energy system in the ASEAN region, and expressed high expectations for in-depth cooperation between the two sides in sectors such as smart grids, renewable energy grid integration, and energy storage systems. During the exhibition, representatives from energy authorities and enterprises of ASEAN countries, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia, visited the stand. XJ Electric systematically introduced its advanced technologies and successful cases in the new energy sector, and conducted in-depth exchanges on regional power demand, project cooperation modes, and alignment of technical standards, jointly promoting regional energy transition and sustainable development. The EEC-215/100-L Energy Storage System of XJ Electric features high integration and a small footprint. It boasts efficient liquid cooling, intelligent fire protection, and plug-and-play modular design. The system can be applied in scenarios including new energy-matched energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, microgrids and grid frequency regulation. Compared with traditional substations, the prefabricated substation developed by XJ Electric shortens the construction period by 40%, reduces the footprint by 30%, lowers the on-site installation and commissioning workload by 70%, and decreases the full-life cycle cost by 10%. It can be widely applied to the construction of various scenarios, including grid substations, new energy power generation step-up stations, industrial substations, and urban distribution substations. XJ Electric's self-developed 60-180kW European Standard dual-gun integrated DC charger has an charging success rate of over 99% and a peak efficiency of over 96%. It features a designed service life of 10 years, an IP55 protection rating, and is equipped with intelligent operation and maintenance as well as full-life cycle management capabilities. It is suitable for various passenger cars, buses in service areas, bus stations, scenic spots, and high-temperature and high-humidity environments. As a core infrastructure of smart grids, XJ Electric's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system is a complete network combination system that enables accurate measurement, collection, storage, analysis and application of users' electricity information. This system is equipped with advanced functions such as two-way communication, real-time power data monitoring and prepaid service, representing an important direction for the development of intelligent metering in the future. Compared with traditional pole-mounted reclosers, the quick-action recloser independently developed by XJ Electric achieved a breakthrough in opening time of less than 10ms. It can quickly and accurately isolate faults, control the power outage range to the minimum, and effectively reduce the number of affected users by more than 60%. This product is widely used in 15kV-38kV overhead distribution lines, significantly improving the power supply reliability and fault recovery capability of the distribution network. Featuring core functions such as "zero power outage for low-voltage users", the low-voltage intelligent switch independently developed by XJ Electric is the world's first innovative product capable of achieving millisecond-level switching (opening and closing). Compared with traditional STS, it offers higher reliability, while significantly achieving a cost reduction of more than 70%.

The first set application of the 27.5kV intelligent mobile high-voltage chamber developed by XJ Electric has been realized
On August 4th, the first domestically-developed 27.5kV intelligent mobile high-voltage chamber, independently researched and manufactured by XJ Electric Corporation, has been officially put into operation at Yan'an Substation of Xi'an Railway Bureau. This intelligent mobile high-voltage chamber was developed in response to practical needs such as the renovation of existing substations and equipment emergency scenarios. It is fully compliant with all standards governing railway power protection systems, while incorporating advanced intelligent functionalities including remote control and auxiliary monitoring. The chamber boasts distinct features such as high integration, safety and reliability, as well as flexible deployment. Rapid Emergency Response It can replace the high-voltage chamber in existing traction substations and realize "non-stop power renovation" during equipment overhauls, thus effectively ensuring the continuity of 27.5kV traction power supply for high-speed railways. Building Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System Integrated with a comprehensive automation system, it enables remote monitoring and "unattended operation". The annual maintenance cost can be reduced by 40%, and the staffing for on-duty personnel at a single site can be cut by 3-5 people. Adapt to Complex Scenarios The integrated design is particularly suitable for environments such as mountain railways. Compared with the 6-to-12-month construction cycle of traditional substations, its construction period is significantly shortened, saving approximately 60% of civil engineering costs. Moreover, it can be reused in different renovation projects, thereby markedly optimizing the whole-life cycle costs. A Substantial Improvement in Construction Efficiency With the advantages of simple primary and secondary wiring and easy operation and maintenance, the prefabricated cabin design reduces on-site workload, achieving cost reductions in construction, equipment and labor.

55°C Desert Challenge Met: The Vehicle-mounted Mobile Substation of XJ Electric Enables Reliable Power in Saudi Arabia's Desert
Recently, all five stations of HV Mobile Substation Project supplied by XJ Electric Corporation (abbreviated to XJEC) to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) have been successfully put into operation and connected to the grid. The integrated automation system supplied by XJEC can be called the “smart brain” that controls the entire mobile substation. The monitoring system can respond to changes in the operating status of the power system in real time and the protection, measurement and control device can flexibly edit the protection logic and functional configuration as needed. The AC and DC power supply system supplied by XJEC can transmit stable electricity to every electrical equipment like a “heart and energy warehouse”. The MV and secondary vehicle integration of 132kV vehicle-mounted mobile substation completed by XJEC achieves qualitative transformation from fragmented devices to an integrated system organism through precision coupling of core components. MV switchgear operates with surgical precision like “steady hands”, empowering this “steel giant” to deliver full-capacity operation in 55℃ scorching desert heat. 33kV + 13.8kV “Dual Voltage” In response to the actual needs of SEC, the gas-insulated switchgear and station transformer upgraded by XJEC innovatively realize “two voltages for one set of equipment”, which can meet the operation requirements of 33 kV and 13.8 kV at the same time, effectively reducing the equipment retrofit cost for customers while achieving more flexible power grid operation and more convenient operation and maintenance. 3D-optimized Layout Slims down the Entire Vehicle by 30% The 3D vehicle-mounted structure maximizes vertical space utilization,integrating core units such as switchgears, control and protection equipment, and AC and DC power supply equipment. As a result, the overall length of the vehicle is shortened, the center of gravity is lowered, and the transport maneuverability is significantly improved. Moreover, modular interfaces enable plug-and-play on site, reducing the installation and commissioning time by over 40%.

XJ Electric Corporation Equips Argentina's Salt Lake Lithium Extraction with "Intelligent Regulators"
Recently, three sets of SVG (STATCOM) customized by XJ Electric Corporation (hereinafter referred to as XJ Electric) for the 3Q Lithium Salt Lake Project in Catamarca Province, Argentina, have been successfully connected to the grid and put into operation, which is another successful overseas operation of XJ Electric’s SVG. Injecting a " Power Cardiac Stimulant " into Lithium Extraction from Salt Lakes The 3Q Lithium Salt Lake Project is an important project for new energy development in South America. As the scale of lithium mining expands, a stable and reliable power supply has become the key to advancing the project. Functioning as “Intelligent Regulators” for the grid, the three sets of 13.2kV direct-hanging water-cooled container-type SVG specially configured by XJ Electric can accurately improve the power factor and stabilize the voltage, greatly enhancing the reliability of the power grid and providing strong support for the power supply quality of the salt lake lithium extraction production line. Strong Ability to Adapt to Extreme Environments In the extreme environment of the 4,100-meter plateau, XJ Electric's SVG, with its outstanding performance of "zero derating and full adaptation", has successfully solved the problem of stabilizing the power supply in high-altitude and high-salt-fog environments. Sustainable Energy Management International Joint Innovation Center was inaugurated and established
On June 13, Sustainable Energy Management International Joint Innovation Center of XJ Electric Corporation and Tongji University (abbreviated as SEM-IJIC) was inaugurated and established at “Tongji Day and Tongji-German Symposium 2025” held in Berlin, Germany. Li Juntao, Chairman of XJ Electric Corporation delivered a video speech to congratulate on the establishment of SEM-IJIC. Fang Shouen, Chairman of the University Affairs Committee of Tongji University, Shi Qian, Dean of the Sino-German Institute for Economics and Management of Tongji University and Liang Jian, Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Management witnessed the unveiling ceremony on site in Berlin.
